[News] Rapper Lil Wayne To Perform In Haiti

I’m happy Haiti is turning into a popular location for artist & celebrities lately, but I think it’s only a celebratory occasion if they plan on doing humanitarian work while there. According to online sources: Lil Wayne will be in Haiti on February 4 for a concert at parc historique de la canne à sucre.

Rapper Lil Wayne will be performing at Parc Canne a Sucre in Tabarre. We’re not sure how much the tickets are going for, but he is part of a long list of performers who are stepping in Haiti for the first time, either to provide humanitarian help, or give a straight out performance. The latest performer of note was Neyo, who wooed crowds who were all too familiar with his music. Lil Wayne is also very popular in Haiti as both local and American hip-hop music have taken the country by storm for quite some years now.

I hope we can get a video later!
