Explaining how he was delighted with the efforts made by his administration in the fourteen months since his swearing-in, one of the most poignant quotes of the evening was “We need to change our mentality in order to change our attitude!”

The Head of State was proud to share a few statistics and campaign promises fulfilled with the crowd of almost 600. From the logic behind his Caravane du Changement, translated “Caravan of Change” launched in May 2017, to his promises of bettering service for the common good of every citizen such as education, health, and road infrastructure.
