A year ago we interviewed Haitian-Canadian entrepreneur Stevens Charles and introduced you to his new delicious and sophisticatedly packaged Cremas liqueur, LS Cream. Since it’s premiere, LS Cream is one of the most popular Cremas in Canada and growing in the US.
We’ve had the pleasure to working with the company and featuring their delicious cocktails at our events to rave reviews. We wanted to share an update on the company, it’s location, the new and delicious cremas cocktails and help you get your hand on a bottle in your hometown.
Few Updates About LS Cream:
LS Cream was launched last year in the US and Canada and looking to expand the brand in Europe and Asia in the next 5 years.

LS Cream recently signed a deal with distribution giant Opici Wines and Spirits.
LS Cream will start rolling out LS Cream in Florida and starting next year they will start distributing through Opici in VA, DC, MD, NJ, CT and DE.
LS Cream recently entered the famously renowned distributor SAQ in Quebec, Canada, with 400 stores and 3 billions dollars in revenue per year.

Our two favorite cocktails:
Crushed Thai chili beans
2 oz of LS Cream Liqueur
1 oz of Mango flavored rhum
¼ oz of coconut flavored rhum
1 oz of milk
Add all the ingredients into a shaker. Fill with ice and shake vigorously. Pour into an old fashion glass filled with crushed ice. Add grated coconut. Sprinkle some ground chili on top. Add a red Thai chili pepper on top for decoration.
2 scoops of Häagen-Dazs coffee flavored ice cream
½ oz of vodka
½ oz of cocoa cream
2 oz of LS Cream Liqueur
A drop of Bitter Old Fashion
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cocoa powder
Add all the ingredients with some ice in a blender, Mix until well it’s blended and pour into a glass, Garnish with a sprig of fresh cinnamon and cocoa powder.
