Elephant Man, the international award-winning dancehall reggae artist, was initially announced as one of the headliners but was removed due to unexpected delay to his travel paperwork with the recent US immigration policy and procedures. Elephant Man was forced to cancel all his February, March & April performances in the United States. With his success and fame, Charly Black is considered the World’s “ Party Animal ultimate Entertainer” his footsteps remain trodden with humility and a graceful sense of warmth in the dancehall community.
